Subscriptions

NOVOS Core, Boost and Vital may be offered with the subscription options shown on each product page. NOVOS Bar is not offered as a subscription.

• Monthly: 10% discount. One pack is charged and shipped when the order is placed. The subscription renews every month. Standard shipping rates apply to each monthly order.
• Six months: 10% discount. Six packs are charged when the order is placed and shipped together in one delivery. The subscription renews every six months. Free shipping is included.
• Twelve months: 15% discount. Twelve packs are charged when the order is placed and shipped together in one delivery. The subscription renews every twelve months. Free shipping is included.

The exact amount charged today, delivery quantity and next renewal date are shown before purchase in the subscription selector and at checkout.

Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the selected period. You can manage or cancel future renewals through the link in your order confirmation or in the subscription portal.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. Any return or refund is handled under our refund policy.
