What the research supports
A six-month study of the complete Core formulation reported favourable changes in selected vascular and blood biomarkers. Several individual ingredients also have human research, and the vitamin and mineral cards identify applicable EU-authorised functions.
What to keep in mind
The Core study is currently a preprint, so it has not completed peer review. Ingredient studies and authorised nutrient functions do not show that every customer will experience a broader outcome from the complete formula.
