What you receive and what happens next
Collect a small dried-blood sample at home, return it to TruDiagnostic's US laboratory and receive your digital report after processing.
What you receive
The kit contains the materials and instructions needed for one at-home finger-prick dried-blood collection.
Your order includes access to the TruAge digital report after the sample is processed.
How the at-home test works
- Activate and register the kit before collecting your sample.
- Follow the enclosed finger-prick instructions and fill the required blood spots.
- Let the card dry fully, package it as directed and return it promptly.
- View the digital report when laboratory processing is complete.
What the report includes
TruAge includes methylation-derived estimates such as OMICmAge biological age, DunedinPACE, telomere length, 11 organ-system ages and selected immune, inflammation and lifestyle-related signals.
These are statistical estimates derived from DNA methylation. They are not direct blood-chemistry measurements or a medical diagnosis.
Processing and sample return
Allow approximately 3–4 weeks for laboratory processing after your sample reaches the laboratory.
International prepaid return labels expire 90 days after issue, so activate, collect and return the sample promptly.
If the kit arrives damaged or the collection does not work, contact us promptly. Replacement eligibility is assessed from the circumstances.
